The principal

Crystal Jones.

Fifteen years at some of the biggest residential developers in the UK. Now in Canmore, working only for owners.

Crystal started as a Design Manager at Midgard, moved to Berkeley Group as Design & Technical Manager on St George South London, Berkeley’s prime regeneration arm, and then spent five years at Crest Nicholson plc, ending as Senior Technical Manager and Head of Technical Operations. She has run technical delivery from inside the developer, which is the side you are on.

From 2019 she ran D2 Projects, providing client-side development management on residential and mixed-use schemes between $45 million and $375 million CAD. In parallel she held a Technical Director consultancy contract at L&Q, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, advising senior leadership on schedule, cost and technical strategy across complex portfolios.

She moved to Canmore in 2025 and founded Endira Projects in 2026 to bring that discipline to Bow Valley developers, particularly those running projects from out of town. She lives here permanently with her family.

I have spent my career inside the developer. I know what an owner needs to see, and what they usually are not told.

Crystal is enrolled as a Gold Seal Intern with the Canadian Construction Association, working towards Gold Seal Certified, Owner’s Construction Manager. She is a member of BILD Calgary Region and BOWDA.

In the valley

What I know about building here.

I have spent the past year working at the Town of Canmore. It has given me a close view of how development actually gets approved and built here: the process, the timelines, and the people involved on all sides.

That is useful to an owner. I know where applications tend to get held up, which consultants and contractors deliver locally, and how long things really take.

Alongside fifteen years running residential schemes up to $375M, that is what I bring to a project in this valley.

Endira declares any conflict of interest before an engagement, and does not act where one exists.

How we work

Senior judgement, start to finish.

Every Endira engagement is led by a principal, so you always know who is accountable for your project. Where a project needs it, we bring in senior project managers and specialists we trust: Canadian construction lawyers, quantity surveyors, building envelope people and Bow Valley inspectors.

We hold the schedule, manage the risks, and make decisions before they turn into problems. We take the time to understand what you are actually trying to achieve, and we protect it when the pressure comes on. And we have nothing to gain from your project except the fee you pay us.

The best measure of the work is whether a client comes back, or sends someone they trust.
