Crystal Jones spent fifteen years at some of the biggest residential developers in the UK: Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson and L&Q, on schemes between $45M and $375M CAD. She moved to Canmore in 2025 and now works for owners here full time.
Firms with that kind of experience are usually in Calgary or Vancouver and drive out when they can. People based here full time have usually not worked on projects that size. Crystal does both.
She has spent the past year working at the Town of Canmore, so she knows how development gets approved and built here, and who delivers.
We work for the client and nobody else. No build margin, no design fees, no trade contracts.
